Shipping, exchanges and returns
Preparation: 24–48 business hours.
Tracking: we will send you a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Returns: you have 15 days from delivery to request an exchange/return for collection products.
Custom products: because they are made to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a production fault. In that case, we cover collection and reshipping.
Size exchange: if you need a size exchange, shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the mistake is ours, we cover it.

Do you offer free shipping in Spain?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over €30 within Spain.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes. We ship across Europe and the cost depends on the destination.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Usually: 24–48h preparation time + shipping time depending on the destination.
Can I come to the store and customize my product there?
Yes. You can visit our physical store and we will help you customize it there with a photo, text or design.
Will you release new €10 collection designs?
Yes. We add new designs every month to the collection.
Can I return a custom t-shirt?
Custom t-shirts cannot be returned unless there is a production fault. If that happens, we cover the costs and solve it.
What happens if the size does not fit me?
We can arrange an exchange. If it is due to the customer choosing the wrong size, shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the mistake is ours, we cover it.
What counts as a “production fault”?
Any mistake caused by us, such as a defective print, faulty garment, etc. In that case, we arrange collection and reshipping at no cost.
